We use career assessment testing and individual counseling sessions to help you understand what makes you unique and which workplaces will help you shine.
Preparing for a career includes learning good study habits and time management skills. Launch also offers Academic Coaching for high school students to learn the study strategies they need to succeed.

Often, fields of study can apply to a wide range of jobs, and it can take some effort to narrow things down to the ones particularly suited to your likes, values, and personality. Our career counselors help current college students and recent graduates pursue the best job that fits with their degree and experience. We will:

Launch helps assess your strengths, work values, and goals and creates a plan for breaking into your ideal career with confidence. We recommend vocational testing for experienced job seekers to help you understand the right job type for you and build confidence in your abilities. We pair this with a comprehensive understanding of the labor market, hiring trends, and employer expectations to situate you in the best possible place to find work. Together we identify your options, highlight accomplishments and transferable skills, build a target employer list, and develop strategies for success.
