Find the Right Career Path

Vocational testing helps us secure fulfilling and successful careers while avoiding the expense and time spent going down the wrong career path. Who benefits from vocational testing?

High School Students

High School Students

Most high schoolers are only aware of the jobs they see around them, whether from family members or school friends, but there are literally hundreds of occupations out there in the world. Vocational testing allows you to discover many potential career choices, based on your aptitude, personal likes/dislikes, and values. Our counselors review test results and suggest occupations suited for you. Together, we create a plan for how you can qualify for these careers.

College Students

College Students

College students often discover that their chosen major is not a good match for them. You may enjoy certain classes but don’t know how to apply them to a successful career. Vocational testing helps you sort through potential career choices based on interests, motivations, and aptitudes. Our counselors review test results with you and create a comprehensive report. Then we build a list of career matches and plan the steps required to achieve them.

Experienced Job Seekers

Workers in Transition (Experienced Job Seekers)

Even if someone has years of experience in their occupation, workplace discontent or changed circumstances can have them starting afresh, where looking for a new job is often very confusing. Skilled job seekers may question whether they should seek another position in their current field or pursue one in a completely different industry. Vocational testing provides you with a wide variety of jobs for which you may be suited and gives you a snapshot of your aptitude, achievements, work motivations, and interests. Our counselors can point you to the types of careers best suited to your unique experiences and personality so that steps can be taken to pursue your dream job.

We offer two vocational tests:
Both are online tests compatible with desktops, mobile devices and tablets. They measure aptitudes and achievements (what you are good at), preferred work style (what you enjoy doing), and interests (personality traits), as well as likes and dislikes and career values.

Together, we study the results, identify careers of interest, and create a plan of action to prepare for them.
